The Boutique Atelier is excited to launch salon memberships exclusively for regular guests. This offers a cost effective way to have your hair done as often as you need. Once you are signed up and have your membership card, you can visit as often as you like. Your visits really are unlimited. Payments are taken on the first of every month by direct debit and one months notice to cancel must be given in writing.

T’s & C’s

# Maintenance appointments are capped at 15 minutes. If you have extensions or your natural hair requires a 30 minute appointment to be scheduled a surcharge of £10 will be payable on each appointment.

# Lightening hair involves using strong chemicals, if our team feel your hair has not grown enough for them to safely colour it without causing damage we reserve the right to refuse to colour your hair.

# When using ammonia free colours to cover grey the damage is minimised but colouring excessively can cause the hair to darken past the chosen colour due to overlapping. We reserve the right to refuse to colour your hair and if darkening happens dues to excessive colouring the correction of this is a chargeable service.

# All colour services are only allocated to the named member.

# Blow-dry appointments are capped at 45 minutes. If you have extensions or your natural hair requires a 1 hour appointment to be scheduled a surcharge of £10 will be payable on each appointment.

# Appointments for our memberships can only be booked on the day. Appointments booked in advance are charged at the full price.

# Appointments are available with all our stylists, even Richard’s schedule is included! When you call to schedule your appointment our reception team will let you know who’s free that day and you can pick who styles your hair.

# Appointments on key days such as Saturdays may be limited, please call at 9am on these days to avoid disappointment.

# You can bring a friend once a month to use your unlimited blow-dry’s. This client must be new to the salon and can only use your membership benefits on their first visit to the salon when accompanying you.

# You can call anytime of the day to book in for that day but please note we can only offer you an appointment if we have a space, if we are fully booked unfortunately we can not colour or style your hair.

# PCM refers to “per calendar month”. Payment is taken on the first day of each month via direct debit and a form can be filled out in salon to set up your membership. You will receive a membership card which must be shown at every appointment

# If you cancel your membership within the first 35 days, you agree to pay back any outstanding savings this membership has given you
